Catalog Request Service

Our catalog request service is provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable for this service as there is no cost to the customer.

Product Purchases

For products purchased through CookSpace Pro:

• 30-day return policy for unopened items in original packaging

• Custom or made-to-order storage solutions are not eligible for return

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item

Defective Products

If you receive a defective kitchen storage product, please contact us immediately. We will replace defective items at no cost to you, including return shipping from our France facility.
